Perrys Landing is one of my absolute favorite venues for weddings. It is very plush with beautiful greenery and flowers but it is also a one stop shop for any lucky couple.
Mignon invited me out again to take some pictures of her beautiful place and I’m always inspired from the beauty of this magical place. You can check out my Facebook page At Last Productions for a full listing of all the images. For now, I want to share a few of my favorites which is just a sampling of the gorgeous table designs to pick from.
If you are looking for a wedding day photographer at this amazing venue (I can only accept new clients for 2020 and beyond) then I have a special photography package for YOU!!! Only $995 (for the first 10 couples) to include family portraits (pre-ceremony formal or informal style), bridal party photos (pre-ceremony), full coverage of the ceremony, private photo session with only the wedding couple (immediately following ceremony) and reception coverage through parents dances and cake cutting.
You’ll receive your images on a USB with a beautiful wooden keepsake box. You can add a second photographer for $250. Your wedding day images are guaranteed to have delivery within 4 weeks of your wedding day!!!

With today being our wedding anniversary, nothing makes me happier than being able to share a sweet image from Estelle & Kenneth’s party. In honor of Estelle’s 90th birthday and their 60th wedding anniversary, their family put together an amazing celebration for them at Misty Lakes in Aiken, SC.
As my time was winding down, I wanted to take a few moments to capture a couple of images of them together. As I was setting up this image, I really wanted to position them closer together. I had Mrs. Estelle stand so that I could move her chair closer and Mr. Kenneth, from his seat, reached out to her to hold her arm to help steady her. Still looking after her. Still taking care of her. I can only dream and hope that when I’m 90 that my husband will be still reaching out for me. To guide me and protect me.
This is absolutely one of my most favorite images of them. So much can be read in their hands… strength, tenderness and devotion. I could only be as lucky to celebrate 60 years of marriage. So here is to 15 years down & 45 to go!!!
At Last Productions has been so excited for Lakeshia & Al’s wedding!!! Lakeshia wanted a beautiful lavender for their wedding ceremony at The Boathouse. Then we livened things up with a dramatic gorgeous purple for their reception. There were so many beautiful and fun details to the dainty silver sequined tablecloths to the personalized Coke bottles!!!
At Last Productions is so honored to have worked on making Lakeshia & Al’s wedding day beautiful with lighting and custom monogram. We are pleased to share a few special details of their wedding day!!!

At Last Productions was hired to create a monogram for Camarie and Alton but I got to sneak and witness their super sweet commitment to each other. I always try to carry my camera with me. Especially lately. Well because you just never know when you will want it or need it. And if I had a dollar for everytime I’ve said “I wish I had my camera”. Well I’d surely be a thousandaire.
I’m so excited that this day… I did have my camera!!!

In 2014, At Last Productions is happy to announce that we will be featuring a few select couples. We are so excited to introduce you to Tiffany & Kevin!!
Meet Tiffany & Kevin ~
In 2007, while hanging out with a friend Kevin saw a picture of a group of women but he only had eyes for one. The ONE. He decided to pursue her. Kevin set out on a mission to get Tiffany interested by trying to strike up a social media conversation almost every month for years. Even after they were introduced in person at a party in 2009, Tiffany still wasn’t drawn in yet.
Two years after meeting Tiffany in person, Kevin sent her a message on Facebook that said “Hey, Happy New Year’s”. Tiffany didn’t know what enticed her to say hello that time, but she did. A friendship began to blossom.
A Christmas Eve while Tiffany prepared their Christmas dinner Kevin snuck up and stood behind her as she turned to walk out of the kitchen. Tiffany’s first instinct was to fuss at Kevin for sneaking up on her but then she saw a little box. Tiffany exclaimed “Oh my goodness!” Kevin told Tiffany he loved her and that she was the woman that he wanted to spend his life with. Kevin asked Tiffany to marry him and she said “yes!”
Several years prior Kevin and a friend were riding around downtown Augusta and Kevin said “I’m getting married there” as they went by Sacred Heart. His friend thought “uhhh, ok”. Somehow he knew something everyone else didn’t. Maybe it all started back to that day he saw that first picture of the ONE.
Tell us what you think and like about us ~
Wonderful! I work overseas so we were never able to meet in person prior to the day of the wedding so all of our correspondence was via telephone and email. They were always available when I needed them and they successfully executed our vision just by looking at pictures via email.
I loved their customer service. We had a pretty large time difference with Kevin and I being overseas but whenever I needed to ask a question, whether by phone or email, they quickly followed up. The day of the wedding there were a few vendors that I didn’t even see but Phillip made it a point to introduce himself to Kevin and I. We were both very impressed.
What’s your one thing you wished you would have done ~
To hire a videographer. My wedding planner suggested not spending the extra money because they haven’t watched the video from her son’s wedding 3 years ago and my coworker also regretted hiring a videographer for her wedding a few months before our wedding because she was disappointed. I now regret not hiring one because I’ve seen bits and pieces of the ceremony that guests recorded on their cell phones but I haven’t seen a good video of the entire ceremony which would have captured everything that I didn’t get to see as the bride.
Best advice EVER ~
Don’t stress out. Nothing will seem to go as planned but it will all come together and none of your guests will even know what went on behind the scenes.

Do you need to add some fun to your next event? Contact Us to schedule a meeting so we can discuss how we can make your event great!
A fellow photographer listed the chance to tag along and photograph a wedding on the ever beautiful Hilton Head Island. It’s been a while since I’ve had the pleasure to shoot a destination wedding, so I couldn’t pass this up. I am grateful and honored to have this amazing opportunity to capture some of Erica & Damien’s wedding at Sea Pines Resort.
The excitement and happiness were contagious as Erica & Damien prepared to see each other and declare their love for one another.
I Do!!
Even though this was my first time meeting Erica & Damien, I feel like I have known them forever!
Programs that doubled as a fan – AWESOME! They were welcomed to help battle the sizzling heat.
Intricately detailed favors gave a gentle reminder of the beach and sea.
Erica & Damien’s ceremony was full of love and emotion. I laugh at myself because I got misty eyed as I watched them make their dedications to each other.
After the ceremony was over we headed over to the lighthouse and took a few pictures. This ended up being my favorite.
At Last Productions would be honored to be a part of your wedding day! We are happy to travel! Contact us today to reserve your wedding day with us!!
I have gotten a few questions about what exactly is a digital negative. So let’s take a closer look at what that means.
Back in the days of film when you dropped off that 35mm (or for me… 110 film) with every roll that was developed you received a copy of the negative. This was used for archival purposes and if you needed to obtain a print you had to have the negative.
A Digital Negative is simply this: The unedited photographic digital capture of subjects in color or black and white.
For those clients that do have digital negatives included with their package they are, as needed, balanced for color and exposure.
Below is an example of a Digital Negative:
Digital Negative
So how does that compare to an Enhanced Edit and WHY are you charging extra for that?
Well because capturing those amazing moments is just a part of what I do. Transforming those images into feelings, thoughts and ideas takes time and vision. I am only asking that for the hard work and long hours that I spend making that image perfectly representative of what I love and cherish that I be fairly compensated.
I as an artist, woman, wife and mother choose the images that most speak to me and that show the most emotion and feelings from our time together.
Below is an example of an Enhanced Edit:
Enhanced Edit
Those days of film have long since passed us by. But it is very important to understand the importance of archiving digital files regardless if it is a digital negative or an enhanced edit. I urge you to print your most favorite images, show them off and display them proudly in your home. Keep your archival process updated as fast as there are advancements in technology.
These files hold your most treasured memories. If they are there unprotected, they can and will be lost forever.
We are beyond excited to show off some beautiful lighting work we did at Sacred Heart.
On it’s own, Sacred Heart is purely a stunner but with a little bit of lighting…. it’s out of this world.
At Last Productions LLC is proud to use led lighting that is powerful enough to reach to the very top height ceiling at the altar but yet be safe for your guests and family. Our goal to is create a beautiful atmosphere to match your décor and theme.
And as day turns into night the lighting becomes even more dramatic!
Beautiful uplighting
Reserve At Last Productions LLC today for your celebration! You can call or text us at 706.833.6019 or 706.833.5229 or send us an inquiry via our website!
We were so excited to work with some amazing vendors at Brittney and Joshua’s wedding at the Gordon Conference and Catering Center on Fort Gordon, GA. We are so fortunate to be able to work with other professionals that share the same goal as us…. to create something beautiful and special for a couple as they begin their amazing new life together.
We got the pleasure to work with Dewayne of Freelance Floral Design and see some of his beautiful creations. We can’t wait to see what he does at our next event together.
If you’ve ever read any of our blogs you know I have a strong affection for the sweet stuff! I was doing a little happy dance (and not just on the inside) when I saw the guys bringing in the cake by Jennifer’s Cakes. She is my absolutely favorite cake artist.
